This year I discovered something that changed my life …
It’s a little known but vitally important secret that the more organised you are, the easier it is to attract abundance.
The same goes for the opposite.
The more chaotic, scattered or disorganised you are, the harder it is for money or the energy of abundance to stick you to.
The energy of health and wealth flows easily to places and people that are organised and is repelled by drama and states of disorganisation.
What does this mean for you and me?
It means that the as we head towards the end of 2024, it is a perfect time to take stock to see if your life has become more ordered, or less.
Why don’t you do a quick audit of the five F areas of your life: Fitness, Finances, Friendships, Fun and Faith. (health, money, friends, relaxation and spirituality)
Now, it’s not always possible to do a clean sweep of your life and open the floodgates of abundance.
But, there is a shortcut and it’s having an attitude of gratitude.
Gratitude moulds your brain so it can become more structured and organised in the areas of your life that are messy right now.
The fastest way to turn your life around is with gratitude.
- Gratitude catapults you into happiness because gratitude is your true nature, and so is happiness.
- Gratitude and happiness are one and the same, not two distinct concepts.
You will be happy when you are grateful, and when you are happy, you are naturally grateful.
At the end of the day, all of us want is to be happy, and being grateful is the simplest, quickest way to do that.
Remain grateful, and you will live your whole life in happiness.
Happiness and gratitude are a decision you make.
It’s up to you.
That means you can decide whether you are happy and grateful or not.
Put it to the test.
Write down ten things for which you are grateful right now.
“I am happy and grateful for…..”
And, take note of the difference in how you feel after completing this exercise.
It only takes a few minutes to write a gratitude list, but afterward your day will end up being vastly different from what it would have been.
By being grateful, you can enhance your happiness, financial security, mental health, and relationships.
In fact, when gratitude is used, every situation is given more vitality, which leads to a change for the better.
When you are grateful, you have the Golden touch.
You can use it to combat every adverse event that shows up in your life since it is your secret power, quick life-changer, and weapon.
- Is it too wonderful to be true?
- Too easy to use to be efficient?
- Does it seem too simple to alter your entire life?
These are the reasons why so few people are aware of the power they already possess.
Daily habits of gratitude put you in one of the highest emotional states you can experience.
When you cultivate gratitude you can feel true joy and contentment, no matter what your circumstances are.
Every thought you think and every word you say is an affirmation.
Your thoughts and words are declarations of who you are and how you perceive the world.
Whenever you think of a negative thought or make a self-depreciative comment, you affirm it as your personal truth.
Fortunately, the same holds true for positive thoughts and statements.
The law of attraction states that like attracts like.
When you are grateful for what you already have, you naturally attract more, and you will be even more grateful and so the cycle continues.
The habit of being grateful for the things you have is a cultivated habit.
Shift the focus from what you don’t have to appreciating what you’ve already received or achieved.
- If you have food in your pantry, clothes in your wardrobe, a roof over your head, you are more privileged than 75% of the world population.
- If you eat 3 meals a day, you are better off than one billion people who get to eat only once per day.
- If you have phone or a car that allows you to travel to work, if you have a computer with internet access to stay in touch with the world and giving you the ability to access education or to perform paid work, you are better off than 35% of the world population.
- If you have clean water to drink, you are very lucky.
26% of the world’s population doesn’t have access to clean drinking water and 46% lack access to basic sanitation.
Last but not least appreciate yourself!
Celebrate your small daily successes and acknowledge your big achievements as well.
Also, thank your body for breathing and keeping it together during 2024 and give yourself permission to celebrate your successes.
