Why does my breakthrough goal seem to be so difficult for me to reach?
This is a question I often get from my clients.
First, let me explain what a breakthrough is.
It is another word for miracle.
Can you relate to this?
Is there an area in your life that literally needs a miracle?
- It can be that you want to revive your relationship with your important other,
- Your business might be stagnating at a certain level,
- Your health isn’t where you want it to be,
- You are working so hard on your health and fitness, and you are not making any progress,
- Or, your finances require a miracle.
A breakthrough is a quantum leap, so it is like a miracle.
You and your spouse reconnect on a new level.
Or your business income tenfold.
You finally get that dream job.
My breakthrough in 2021 was to finish my second book, and then the third one just emerged suddenly.
So that was a miracle.
People often come to me when they need a miracle.
One of the most important things I teach my clients is that to see any change in their circumstances, they need to do their inner work first.
And I can help show them where they are stuck.
Many people get stuck because they are burnt out from working too hard or spreading themselves too thin, or they lack clarity.
They feel frustrated, and then it gets harder and harder to stay motivated, and next thing they know, they are watching Netflix reruns.
Here are 6 steps you can take to create a little bit of movement in your life:
1. Contemplate
Perhaps something doesn’t feel quite right in your life.
Don’t push that feeling away, take time to contemplate.
2. Prepare, start planning stuff
Create a plan for yourself and stick to it.
3. Put it into practice
Most people get stuck here when it comes to the actual doing part.
This is like planning a trip, but failing to hop in the car and get out of the suburbs and onto the highway.
4 Continue, keep it up
Commitment is the process of recommitting.
5. Persevere – which is the hardest part
You actually have to go through the changes and come out the other end.
6. Persist
Persist means sticking to the same plan after you have achieved results.
Sticking to the new way of eating for instance.
Or keep your credit card paid off.
Now, I invite you to forget everything and listen to the most important part of creating a breakthrough: get in touch with your spiritual superpower.
