The meaning of life is not something that can be found out there..
It’s an experience that we have internally.
Society teaches us to chase after happiness.
The truth is that happiness is always fleeting.
And, to live a life without regrets, we need to focus on the meaning of life.
Here are 3 things that get in the way of leading a meaningful life:
- 1. Your boots are too small for you.
Living a small life is hard on your soul.
Get some bigger boots, ones that give your room to grow!
You are never too big for your boots!
Your life matters, you are important and the Divine has invested everything in you, so don’t hold yourself back.
- 2. Most people unconsciously live out their parents’ lives.
Especially, if one of the parents lived an unfulfilled life, you often tend to make up for that parent unconsciously.
Whether you resist your childhood programming or not, your parents’ influence was and is huge!
Begin to see how you are different, and recognize your own genius.
- 3. Many people live in autopilot mode, which is the opposite of being on Purpose.
The REMEDY is to ask yourself constantly:
- What is my life’s purpose?
- Who am I?
- What am I here for?
- Is there something I am not seeing?
- Please show me the meaning of my life. (Asking the Universe)
Unless you ask, you are not going to have an answer!
You matter!
You are important.
And there is only one of you!
People often have regrets on their death bed, they wished they had risked more, lived a larger life, been more authentic and fearless.
You are not meant to fit in with the world around you.
In fact, the world is probably crazier than ever today, and perhaps it’s a Divine summons to make us realize that we can’t just go with the flow.
That your soul and the Universe want to express themselves through you.
And this goes directly against our programming, which is to find a safe place to hide out, so nobody hears or sees you, and you remain safe.
But hiding out in life is ‘anti-life’.
Tonight, I want to take you through a practice that will help you connect with your Soul Purpose.
It is a very easy one, that you can repeat many times at home.
It will help you to take life on with confidence, and you start feeling good inside your skin.
You will become the person that others admire for your inner connection with your own truth.
Because let’s face it, most people that we admire in history are people who found their voice within them in moments of crisis, and they held true to that voice and they had an inner strength that carried them through.
Do you want to be somebody who has the confidence to listen to your own inner guidance, your own instincts and so create deeper meaning and purpose in your life?
Then go ahead and listen to this short guided meditation and practice to help you uncover your soul’s calling.
(By the way, a job is something that pays the bills; a calling is what you are meant to do or be as a person. )
Following your calling often means stepping up, and stepping out of your comfort zone, breaking through your inner fear barriers, and reinventing yourself time and again.
Much love, as always.
