See, we have 86,400 seconds every single day.
Sometimes a little conversation or attitude can rub us the wrong way, and we let someone’s negative 10 seconds ruin the rest of our day.
Don’t let someone’s negative 10 seconds rob you of the rest of your 86,390 seconds!
I do this myself sometimes, especially when I am tired or overwhelmed and I want to change that today.
I want to make the most of my time!
When you run out of money, you will always find a dollar somewhere, but when you run out of seconds, your earthly life is over.
In today’s video, I give you some tools and a short meditation to help you change your thoughts, emotions, and perceptions easier than ever, and this will influence you in a positive way.
First, I explain gratitude.
Pure gratitude helps us to rise above our genes, and it induces the release of serotonin and oxytocin, the happy and connecting hormones.
A conscious focus on your blessings, rather than your burdens changes your chemistry and heightens a sense of wellbeing.
It is like putting deposits into your Bank of Cope.
When you do these practices often, your low points won’t be as low, and your highs will be higher.
You become more robust and resilient and the Universe will reward you.
And your immune system will be 50% stronger!
