Intuition thrives in a calm and focused mind.
Think of sitting next to a lake on a wind still day.
You see a clear reflection.
Even the upside-down reflection makes perfect sense to you.
Now, imagine if the water is choppy…..
You won’t get any insights from the waves crashing into the shore!
So, take a few moments each day to practice calming the waters of your heart and mind, allowing yourself to be fully present in the moment.
After all, there is only the moment of NOW, and you are in a relationship with the PRESENT moment.
Every moment is a gift.
That’s why it is called present.
We all know life can change between one heart beat and the next.
So give yourself permission to enjoy this gift.
Engage in creative pursuits and make it about the process, rather than the end product.
Creativity opens the channels of expression and taps into the deeper layers of your subconscious mind.
Activities like painting, writing, doodling, dancing, listening to music, allows your intuition to flow freely, leading to valuable insights.
Often the solution to a difficult problem will appear when you look away, do something different and have a bit of fun.

Being in nature makes it easier for you to be in receiving mode, rather than being in doing mode.
