Uncover the Hidden Impact of Childhood Traumas on Your Health

By Grada Robertson

Did you know that a whopping 70% of adults carry unresolved trauma, often rooted in early life experiences?

These issues in your tissues are a silent catalyst of many stubborn challenges, from anxiety, chronic relationship struggles, financial hurdles, to feeling exhausted all the time.

However, there is a silver lining: with the right help, the physical, emotional and biochemical impacts of your trauma are reversable.

This is something Pete and I specialize in!

First, let’s get back to some little known information.

Childhood traumas manifest in various forms, from physical abuse to emotional neglect, and their impact is pervasive.

It’s alarming to note that according to the National Centre for Victims of Crime, 1 in 5 girls and 1 in 20 boys will be victims of childhood sexual abuse (CSA) in their lifetime.

I strongly believe my own research from doing 20.000 + sessions in our practice, are much closer to reality, with 1 in 2 women and 1 in 4 men likely experiencing CSA.

You may think your childhood was wonderful, filled only with good memories.

However, a closer look at the list below reveals signs that not everything was as idyllic as you remember:

  • Anger issues,
  • Depression,
  • Dissociation,
  • Anxiety,
  • Shock,
  • Denial,
  • Confusion,
  • Muscle tension,
  • Relentless fatigue,
  • Sleep problems,
  • Mysterious aches and pains,
  • Procrastination,
  • Impulsiveness,
  • Passive-aggressive behaviour,
  • Perpetual victimhood,
  • Promiscuity,
  • Low or no libido,
  • Trouble forming meaningful connections,
  • Low self-worth,
  • Chaotic lifestyle,
  • Lack of clarity,
  • Poor focus,
  • Addictive behaviours,
  • Accident prone,
  • Bad luck,
  • Freezing hands or feet,
  • Muscle tension,
  • Sleep problems,
  • Poor memory,
  • Trust issues,
  • Behavioural issues,
  • And, many more…

These signs are alarms signaling that your childhood experiences might be affecting your present life more than you realize.

Repressed emotions from childhood often lead to chronic illnesses, autoimmune diseases, and even malignancies.

This happens because dominant thoughts, operating beneath consciousness, can override conscious efforts to achieve optimal health.

In my practice, I’ve observed that many cases that have been hard to solve, involve repressed emotions linked to early experiences of sexual manipulation.

Your dominant thoughts, often below conscious awareness, play a crucial role in managing processes leading to chronic illnesses, diseases, and cancer.

It’s crucial to understand that true health requires alignment with divine peace and harmony.

Pete and I specialize in reversing childhood traumas and addressing physiological illnesses rooted in repressed emotions.

Facing your truth isn’t about causing more suffering; it’s about ending it.

Miracles happen when you receive healing, feeling accepted and loved for who you are.
