Have you ever heard of entrainment?
It’s something we do every day, and it can ‘make you or break’ you.
Entrainment occurs when our brains and bodies sync up with external factors, such as the people, music, or energies around us.
For example, have you ever walked alongside someone, and suddenly your footsteps fall into perfect sync?
That’s entrainment in action.
Music, for instance, can rapidly change our heartbeat and breathing patterns because our bodies automatically respond to the rhythm.
We also entrain our pets.
They often synchronize to our breathing patterns, moods and take on our illnesses.
But did you know it also applies to objects?
Picture a room filled with grandfather clocks ticking away at different speeds.
Leave the room unattended for a while, and when you return, you’ll find them all ticking in perfect unison, having entrained to the most dominant clock.
Another intriguing example is when a group of women is put together in close quarters, such as in prison.
Over time, they all start menstruating on the same day.
It’s a natural occurrence, and it illustrates the power of entrainment.
Now, here’s the exciting part – entrainment can fast-track your evolution in health, wealth, and prosperity.
If you want to become super smart, spend time with geniuses, and thanks to the internet, today we have access to brilliant minds and we can uplevel ourselves by listening to podcasts, Youtubes and Zoom.
(Did you know that it’s been estimated that every minute 25 ppl around the world are in a Zoom session?)

I personally went through a near-death experience that left me with catastrophic injuries, including a broken neck, multiple broken bones, and internal bleeding.
But, I recovered in record time because I was already used to entraining myself to the Universe, the highest, most organised source of energy.
My broken neck healed within just 10 days, and I was taking my first steps after 12 weeks.
It’s incredible what entrainment to the energy of the Universe/Divine Energy can do.
